ERT has designed its HE-ERVs for Residential and Commercial Buildings, in both Retrofit and New Construction applications.

Retrofit Units are designed to fit with existing HVAC systems, whether they are located on the roof, side, or interior of the building. 

The CPU guided installation process allows third party HVAC Contractors to easily install our products anywhere in the country. Once installed, our remote monitoring capability will allow our installers to know that the unit is operating properly and our customers to see how much energy and money they are saving right away in real time.

ERT offers a monitoring and maintenance plan that our customers can subscribe to.  For a small monthly charge, ERT will monitor the performance of our system, from our headquarters, and will be alerted if the performance of a unit ever drops below 90% due to maintenance required.  ERT will send whatever parts are necessary and contact our third party HVAC provider in the area to perform the necessary maintenance.  For those customers who opt into this program, ERT will GUARANTEE promised performance and payback.
